Users have the option to cancel their orders during the verification process or prior to the dispatch of the products. Furthermore, users can opt not to accept the order upon delivery, in which case the products are returned to the origin. In any of these scenarios, Vision Crop Care will initiate a refund of 100% of the transaction amount, credited to the user’s original mode of payment within 7-10 working days from the confirmation of cancellation.
Users may also elect to return products if they receive them in a damaged and/or unusable condition within 7 days or until the warranty period expires from the date of delivery. Returns are applicable in cases where the user can demonstrate damage upon delivery. Additionally, Vision Crop Care reserves the right to establish a different return window for certain products, allowing users to return items if they do not meet their expectations. Products without a specified return window are generally non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery. Vision Crop Care will issue refunds for such products within 7-10 working days from the date of return to the warehouse from the user.
